This is not the exact ticket but my dad has one of these.
In the ultimate mailing it in post, here are images I remember from the Blue Jays' first season.
Note the old CBC logo and the call letters for the local Toronto station. Don't hear those anymore.
In case you needed reminding about why they're the "Blue Jays". Note the stubby bottle. My aunt and uncle went to the first spring training and every subsequent one until my aunt's cancer made it too hard the travel. She was the hard core baseball fan.
