"Four pounds of back bacon, Three French Toast, Two turtle necks..."

All is quiet on the FA / trade front as we hurtle toward Christmas. Bust out the egg nog and shortbread!
The twelve days of Christmas -- and this I did not know -- typically begin Christmas Day, run through New Year's Day, sometimes known as the Feast of [Christ's] Circumcision (mmm! yummy!!), and end 05 January (or Epiphany Eve). So-called Christmastide is then followed by Epiphany, generally regarded as Christ's "coming out" moment. It's a super-fun read, if you're interested.
At any rate, here's hoping fans won't have to wait quite that long for an epiphany. Eh? One bat, please. One measly, stinkin' bat, Santa, and another bullpen arm for PTBNL. C'mon, Big Guy. You owe me for the skates you didn't bring me that year as a kid. You thought I'd forget? I'm half Irish! We are world-class grudge holders.

As I quiver in anticipation of things to come, this is your new thread.
