Of Note: Toronto claimed RP Neil Ramirez (B-REF) off waivers yesterday; otherwise, there is little to report. Still no word on SP Marcus Stroman. Fingers crossed. Someone -- Mark Shapiro? -- hinted earlier this week they expect the first of "The Walking Dead" to return beginning mid-May or so which...well, at least it's something to look forward to -- unlike, say, a weekend series at The Trop. Ugh.
